I practise Sports massage from a clinical perspective, drawing inspiration from a wide range of contemporary methods. These will focus on improving the suppleness and flexibility of muscles and joints, improving blood circulation and speeding up the healing of damaged or stressed tissues to prevent future injury.

Sports massage is a practical therapy but I also offer massage used purely for relaxation. As a qualified Reflexologist, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage therapist, I can offer a treatment focused on your self care and mental wellbeing. Massage can give you time to switch off and take the stress out of your day, leaving you feeling centred, reinvigorated and focused.
