Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training is a convenient and flexible way of achieving your goals. You will follow the same process as face-to-face Personal Training with the added bonus of being able to train from the comfort of your own home via zoom with Frank or simply follow a monthly bespoke Nutritional and Exercise Program entirely on your own and get the benefits of Personal Training but at a discounted price.
We will begin the process with an initial 30 minute consultation (either face-to-face or via Zoom). There we will get a chance to know each other and collaborate to choose a plan that suits you best. I will then ask you to complete a medical questionnaire and look at your current lifestyle before we work together to identify and set some realistic and tangible goals.
I will create your bespoke program, ready for your first PT session if you choose the Silver or Gold Training Plan. All of the information you have provided me with on your fitness, lifestyle and preferences in training and nutrition will help me build a detailed program that is right for you. We will constantly adapt your program to take into account improvements in your physique and performance and make changes in order to help make your program suit you as well as it can. To ensure you stay on track, we will agree on dates for specific pre-set targets every 4-6 weeks to keep you as motivated as possible and flag point your progress.
Silver and Gold clients will also get access to my 50 page Nutritional Guidebook. This is a comprehensive step-by-step guide to nutrition with sections focusing on your specific goals, whether they be in physique or performance, to help you build confidence in your own diet choices. It will also provide you with knowledge on areas relevant to everyone on topics such as macronutrients, calorie tracking and building the mental strength and discipline that will help you to overcome hurdles in both fitness and your day-to-day life. The final chapters of the guide provide you with a group of tried and tested recipes that are easy to make and assimilate into your diet and a shopping list for your next visit to the supermarket.
Clients with 1-1 Online Sessions included in their programs will then book their sessions and begin training with me. Each session will last for 60 minutes and will be integrated into the Online Program that I produce for you. I try to make sessions varied and different from the last and each will be adapted to the level of equipment that you have at your disposal.
The value for Online clients lies not only in the PT sessions, Program and Guidebook made accessible to you. I take the time to check in with my clients, once per week minimum, to find out how they are feeling with their training, nutrition and progress. I also make myself available throughout the week to you as my client on WhatsApp.
For me, building a strong relationship between client and trainer is key to your success and I actively encourage your feedback to help us work through difficulties and celebrate wins, both big and small.
