Personal Training.

My approach to personal training is a fairly simple one; no-frills, hard-work and lots of dedication. I will help you to get the best results possible, to gain self-confidence and to transform your outlook on health and fitness. As your trainer, I will be on-hand to give you expert guidance and coaching through a specifically tailored and detailed programme. I will also guide you in developing disciplines with your diet, exercise routine and lifestyle in order to change your health and fitness in the long term.

I offer the following one-to-one services:

Box-fitness.

Integrating elements of boxing into a fitness routine is becoming increasingly popular, and it’s open to anyone. These boxing exercises are designed to promote stamina and core strength. I will teach you the fundamental components of boxing such as; technique and improved hand-eye coordination. Boxfitness is an enjoyable way to stay healthy and will pair perfectly with my any of my other personal training services on offer.

Weight loss.

One of the more common personal training services I’ve undertaken is working with clients whose main goal is weight loss and weight management. I have had extensive experience in helping those clients to stick to a carefully tailored and detailed diet and exercise plan which fits their specific needs and body types. Each program will be completely unique, varying depending on your nutritional likes and dislikes in terms of food types, exercise preferences and eating habits.

Cardio Fitness.

This type of personal training is for individuals who want to develop their cardiovascular fitness. Having run long distance events myself, I have developed the skills to coach clients from living fairly sedentary lifestyles to training for events such as 5k and 10k runs and even half marathons. Whatever your current level of cardio fitness, I can help you push through and enhance to levels you thought were unachievable.

Muscle Building.

I have worked with many clients, coaching them through a hypertrophy programme; to help them gain muscle. I will design your programme to be carefully calculated, hitting your calorie and nutritional requirements to ensure that your nutritional and exercise routines perfectly align with your expected goals. Having regularly designed and executed hypertrophy plans for myself, I understand the difficulties and setbacks for the client and what things work and don’t work. This will not only ensure that you hit your goals but will ensure that you hit them as fast as possible.

Sports Massage.

Group Training.

If you prefer to work out with a partner, family or with some friends, then I can offer group training sessions. These are ideal for groups of 2 or more people.

Group training is similar in style to that of one-to-one personal training; however, I’ll tailor the sessions so each client can perform at their own speeds, intensities and abilities. During the group sessions, my clients can either be performing the same exercises and routines or different ones, depending on their individual goals.  

Training with friends and partners creates a community spirit during your fitness journey, and it helps you to keep motivated and enjoy your progression.

With group training I offer the same expert coaching, with a tailored exercise and diet programme for each group member but at a more affordable rate.

As with all of my training services, you’ll also be provided with a home workout guide and a nutritional guide. Your results will be tracked weekly and monthly to ensure that you are reaching your targets.

Pre-wedding workouts for couples: Group training is perfect for those wanting to look their best on their wedding day.

Company Employees workout: I offer discounts on large groups for company employees. I can be flexible on time slots such as lunch breaks as well as the location.

Family Fitness: Group training is perfect for families looking to improve their fitness together. I am DBS cleared and can tailor my sessions to the needs of children

Event orientated groups: I can also cater for groups with more specific collective goals such as a sports group or team. I can help you to prepare for a season or a specific upcoming event
