I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur based in Manchester City Centre. I have 6 years and over 2500 hours of clinical experience within the fitness industry.

For me, Personal Training is not just my job but a lifestyle choice centred around becoming the best version of myself that I can be. Fitness is one of the best ways I have learnt to develop as a person, by proving to myself what I am capable of and what I can achieve in my performance and physique. This feeling of achievement, growth and confidence is what I seek to inspire in my clients.

My style of Personal Training is about developing a strong and confidential relationship with my clients where we can be open and honest and hold each other accountable as client and trainer. We’ll work together to unlock your potential in both mental as well as physical fitness. I want to help you build confidence in exercise and in your day-to-day life by giving you the motivation, framework and the tools that you need to successfully reach your goals. 

In my experience, Personal Training works best and relies upon creating a program of fitness that is clear, precise and motivating where both myself and the client look forward to every session that we do. I strive to keep your training varied and stimulating whilst also retaining an element of continuity and direction by testing your progress, in line with the goals that we decide upon and set together. 

I have undertaken and continue to undertake deep studies in health and fitness in order to improve my knowledge  and have extensive experience with clients of a wide range of fitness levels and goals. I approach personal training holistically and take into account my training in Sports Massage to provide you with a well rounded and complete service.
